IT Corporation Cancellation Form

Instruction for Cancellation
Please cancel the above services and where applicable, my debit order pertaining to the mentioned services.
All services unspecified should continue as per the IT Corporation agreement in place.

Process
Kindly note that IT Corporation may require additional written instructions with regards to the cancellation of certain services due to the confidentiality of information. In addition, domain name transfer requires written instruction from the owner to release the domain name to specific ISP and the ISP needs to request the transfer directly from IT Corporation. Kindly note that no domains will be released until all accounts are paid up to the termination date.
